Horizons specialises in delivering adventure education for school groups aged 8–18, with programmes designed to challenge, inspire, and build confidence. We offer fun and meaningful experiences through day programmes around Christchurch or overnight programmes further afield.

Age Appropriate
We work with students aged 8 to 18, and our activities are carefully selected to suit the developmental stage of each group. Programmes for younger students focus on building confidence, teamwork, and basic outdoor skills, while senior students might take on more complex challenges, leadership roles, or wilderness navigation.
Linked to the Curriculum
Our adventures can be aligned with your school’s learning goals. Whether you’re working towards specific Health & PE outcomes, covering Education Outside the Classroom (EOTC), or tying into a topic like sustainability, we can weave relevant themes into the experience.
