To Apply for a place on the GAPYEAR Experience - Adventure Leadership Training programme, you just need to:

• Complete the Application Form. (Go to application form link, left column of this page)
• Attach a covering letter that includes:
• Which programme you are applying for: Level 1: SUMMER 11 (Jan -May 2011). Level 2: WINTER (31st May- 28th August 2010)
• The contact details (name, addresses and phone numbers) for two referees . If you are a school leaver, one of these should be from your school. If you are a mature student, one should be from an employer.
• Add copies of your CV and two testimonials/references.
• Post it all to: HORIZONS UNLIMITED

After you have applied:

• We will acknowledge receiving your application.
• We will arrange an interview with you (this can be by phone)
• We will contact at least one of your referees
• We then advise you of the outcome of your application.

If Accepted:

• We will offer you a place on the programme and send you a contract. You can then apply for student loans/allowances (if applicable).
• We will then be in contact with more detailed information (including: when we start, where to be, and what to bring)
• Then we'll look forward to meeting you on Day 1
